But the methodology appears sound, the tactics are familiar, explanations are decent.

Obviously not a substitute for actual training classes, but great for a refresher and review. Haven't completed the DVD series yet, may update if anything changes my opinion. 3 star just because I'm put off a bit by Costa and his bluster.
